The new modem is not connecting to the Orbi router

Follow these troubleshooting instructions if you can't connect to Orbi router after configuring a new modem. Make sure all of the cords are firmly attached first. Turn off the router and the modem, then turn on the modem again. Turn on the Orbi router after it has finished rebooting. Check the router's setup by logging into the Orbi app or web interface if the problem continues. Resetting the router and resetting the network may be necessary. Connectivity problems with the new modem can also be fixed by updating the firmware or doing a factory reset.
