IDFC FIRST Bank partnered with Hurun India to unveil the "IDFC FIRST Private Hurun India's Top 200 Self-Made Entrepreneurs of the Millennia 2023." This list celebrates the founders of India's most valuable companies established since 2000. These companies, collectively valued at a whopping INR 30 lakh crore (matching Denmark's GDP), exemplify India's booming entrepreneurial spirit. The list highlights the rise of young founders, with one-third under 40 and the average founder age being 44. This trend is exemplified by young leaders like Neetish Sarda (Smartworks), Ritesh Agarwal (OYO), Ankush Sachdeva (ShareChat), and Hemesh Singh (Unacademy). This recognition underscores the growing importance of young talent in shaping India's economic future.
